etc. While not all browsers provide each piece
of information that we report on (2.x and

is able to track users thorough Proxy Servers
(such as AOL), thereby increasing accuracy
when reporting on user information. |

Will this service slow down my Web pages? |
| A: No. While you
add a JavaScript for communication with our
servers, the time required by these new activities
is measured in fractions of seconds and should
not be noticeable by your visitors. Our company
maintains multiple Internet connections for
this service. Additionally, our servers are
top of the line servers with redundant hard-drives
that are load-balanced, backed up, and maintained
by the experts of our web hosting company
to guarantee maximum up-time. |

How many pages can I report on per site? |
A: As many as you
want! There are no limitations placed on you
at all.

the information? |
| A: Dynamic Site Stats
relies on the small JavaScript that gathers
information from all visitors on your site.
This JavaScript sends data to our servers,
where it is analyzed and stored in a database.
Reports are created by querying the data stored
in this database. |

When are my reports available for viewing? |
| A: Your reports should
be available within minutes of adding our
code to your Web pages, and from that point
on are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. Regularly, we perform
maintenance task on our servers. During these
periods statistics are not available, however,
the service still collects data from your
site.

Can I use Dynamic Site Stats ? |
| A: Yes. To run Dynamic Site Stats you simply need to upload to your
ISP's server the new Web pages containing
the JavaScript, in the same manner that you
posted the existing pages. |

I have multiple virtual domains. Can I create
reports for each domain? |
| A: Yes. You can create
separate sites for each of your virtual domains,
and report independently on them. Note that
if you use Dynamic Site Stats to track
traffic for separate businesses, Dynamic Site Stats License

that you create separate accounts for each

rely on you to provide traffic reports, you
should create an account for each customer
or sign up as a reseller. Dynamic Site Stats

you create separate accounts for each customer.
